The Global Mission Foundation Movement (GMFM) is committed to serving local churches in their journey to become missional churches. Through strategic partnerships, GMFM provides resources, guidance, and training to equip churches to fulfill the Great Commission.

How GMFM Supports Local Churches:

  1. Pastor and Leader Coaching & Mentoring: Providing spiritual and strategic guidance to church leaders.
  2. Missional Assessment: Evaluating the church’s readiness and capacity to adopt a missional approach.
  3. Church Leadership Consultation: Offering expertise to strengthen church governance and operations.
  4. Training Programs: Including discipleship training, pathways to becoming a missional church, and raising leaders for mission work.
  5. Raising Missionaries: Identifying and preparing individuals called to serve as missionaries.
  6. Mission Trip and Long-Term Missionary Preparation: Equipping teams and individuals for short-term mission trips and long-term missionary work.
  7. Professional Skills Training: Equipping church members with practical skills to support mission efforts.

Responsibilities of Partnering Local Churches:

  • Actively participate in GMFM programs as needed.
  • Host training sessions provided by GMFM.
  • Receive consultation to enhance church mission strategies.
  • Host fundraising events to support missional initiatives.

Expected Outcomes of the Partnership:

  1. Development and implementation of necessary bylaws and leadership structures to support missional work.
