Vision: We believe God is raising up a mission-driven young generation to reach the nations (Matthew 28:18-20). Our mission is to mobilize, train, and send students as Christ’s ambassadors into the world.
Our Mission: Reaching, leading, training, and sending out young people to step into their divine calling and impact nations for Christ.
Leadership Teams
To effectively mobilize and equip students, our leadership structure plays a key role:
- Leadership Teams: Oversee all student mobilization efforts, from campus outreach to guiding students toward their lifelong mission.
- Regional Leaders: Direct and lead students within their designated regions.
- Local Leaders: Mobilize local students, organize events, and partner with leadership teams to mentor and coach students in responding to God’s calling.
- Volunteer Leaders: Recruit and manage volunteers as needed.
- Students: Engage in biblical training and prepare for short-term mission trips.
- Mission Teams: Leaders and students will serve together on global mission trips, partnering with local churches to raise up young missionaries.
Strategy for Student Mobilization
We follow a prayerful and intentional approach to identify and equip students:
1. Initiating Mobilization
- Prayer as the Foundation: Everything begins with prayer—team prayers, seeking divine guidance, and interceding for student mobilization.
- One-on-One Meetings: Leaders meet with potential missionaries to invite and inspire them to join God’s movement.
- Campus Outreach: Flyers, brochures, and social media campaigns connect with students where they are.
- Event-Based Mobilization: Hosting or partnering in student events to inspire action and build community.
- Networking: Building connections with students and leaders through relational gatherings.
- Campus Worship Centers: Where possible, campus-based worship centers will serve as hubs for prayer and outreach.
- Recruiting Trainees: Discerning every student’s calling through prayer and mentoring, recruiting them for mission training.
- Short-Term Missions: Sending students on short-term mission trips serves as a stepping stone for lifelong mission work.
- Long-Term Vision: Helping students discern and prepare for mid-term and long-term missionary service based on their personal conviction.
2. Support Raising
Mobilizing students for missions requires both spiritual and practical support:
- Prayer Teams: Building intercessory teams to cover every step of the process in prayer.
- Funding: Encouraging faith-based fundraising efforts to cover mission trip costs.
- References and Networking: Leveraging partnerships to spread awareness and inspire support.
Sending Out Students on Mission Trips
Our sending process is structured to prepare and equip students for impactful mission work:
- Recruiting Students: Identifying and inviting passionate young people to join the mission.
- Building Mission Teams: Creating strong, unified teams ready to serve together.
- Selecting Nations: Prayerfully discerning where God is leading students to go.
- Training: Providing missional, biblical training to equip students spiritually and practically.
- Prayer: Covering every mission trip and team member in prayer.
- Fundraising: Partnering with churches, supporters, and communities to raise financial support.
- Partnering with Local Churches: Working with church leaders to provide guidance and encouragement.
- Partnering with Mission Agencies/Missionaries: Collaborating with experienced missionaries to maximize impact.
- Commissioning Service: Praying over and sending out students in faith and celebration.
- Sending Off and Welcoming: Supporting students as they go and warmly receiving them back.
- Long-Term Vision: Helping students discern their next step—whether continuing as missionaries, serving in local churches, or partnering with mission agencies.
A Call to Action
This is more than just a program—it’s a movement. As God raises up a new generation of mission-minded young people, we are committed to equipping them to answer His call. Whether it’s across the globe or within their own communities, these students will step boldly into their divine purpose as ambassadors of Christ.
Join us in prayer, support, and action as we mobilize students to go and make disciples of all nations!
